Why the hell not? Jokes aside, I was in your shoes many years ago. I didn't know shit about my body or past emotional and physical trauma. I just wanted to get out of my extreme pain. I have spent over twenty years finding the right people all over the world who helped me get out of pain. Let me help you save the time, money and effort I went through.....
For people who don’t know much about their bodies, anatomy or biomechanics. For body workers who don’t know much about movement and what exercises to give their clients. For physical trainers or movement teachers who don’t know much about anatomy, or biomechanics and want to know more about how to help their clients.
As long as you want….. Or until I die. But, I be one healthy man and don’t plan on keeling over yet.

My goal for others is to be able to feel exactly when you need to move and when to rest. Your body is smarter than your logical mind. This is not an intellectual process, but an experiential and interactive one. The idea that talking about doing shit and just experimenting and trying shit out are different. Doing creates new ideas, new actions and a new body.

I don’t want you to sign up for a subscription where it just keeps renewing without you actually completing the courses like other sites. If you’re going to sign up, you will benefit by completing the courses and then becoming your own teacher and gain autonomy. That’s why I got into this work. I wanted to heal myself and not rely on others to heal me. You can do that after gaining the knowledge that I gained from experts in these fields. I use multiple modalities to help people heal. Yoga is not the only way. Nor is just using myofascial release Nor is just using strength training, Nor is just using rollers and balls. Nor is just working on the psychology behind your pain. It’s not one size fits all. It’s using all of those in combination in relation to suit each individual’s needs.
Maybe they are, maybe they’re not. We don’t find books, books find us. Remember when you listened to that song or picked up that book and didn’t like it, but then months or years later you picked it up again and it just resonated with you? Maybe I don’t resonate with you now. That’s ok. There are millions of other people that can help you now instead of me. I wish you well. But if the courses do speak to you and you feel you’re being helped, then we can help each other heal. As Ram Dass said, “I help people as a way to work on myself and I work on myself to help people.”

Based upon the work of Dr. Ida Rolf and my teacher Thomas Myers, Structural Integration uses myofascial release techniques to help people find balance, alleviate pain and find more options for movement
Based in education theory and student centered learning instead of the old model of "do as the teacher does", my ideals on how to educate people about their own body and psyche are oriented towards giving them the skills to become autonomous and in the future can get themselves out of pain by their own hands.
For over seven years I mentored under Andrew Nicholls who trained me in Pilates, strength, mobility and over all body awareness.
Based upon the work of Ron Kurtz, Carl Rogers and Gestalt pyschotherapy, Hakomi is a somatic therapy on how to talk to our unconscious habitual patterns from our past that influence our emotional reactions to the present moment and hold our bodies in compressive neurological patterns.
